Šarūnas has graduated from Vilnius University Faculty of Economics specialty of Industrial Planning and was awarded the Master's degree (EMBA) in the Baltic Management Institute (BMI).

Career

Šarūnas is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of UAB AVESTIS, UAB Grundolitos grupė, UAB Šiaulių ranga and UAB Šiaulių kelias, and the member of the Board of Directors of UAB Šiaulių plentas, UAB Žemda, UAB Žemaitijos keliai, AB Kilimai, and UAB EKO GROUP. He is also the President of the Lithuanian Basketball League and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baltic Basketball League, First Vice-President of Lithuanian Basketball Federation, and the Chairman of the Lithuanian National UNICEF Committee Board of Directors.

Leisure

Šarūnas Kliokys dedicates the major part of his spare time to basketball, tennis, and travelling.

Marius yra baigęs Varėnos II-ąją vidurinę mokyklą ir Kauno Technologijos Universiteto gimnaziją. Vilniaus universitete jis įgijo finansų ir bankininkystės bakalauro laipsnį, o ISM Vadybos ir ekonomikos universitete – verslo vadybos magistro laipsnį (MBA) .

Career

He has been managing the company Avestis since its establishment and was one of its founders. As Avestis procured the AB Klaipėdos kartonas, he worked as its Director of Economics and Finance and actively contributed to the increasing of company's efficiency and international expansion. In 2005-2007, he was the member of the Board of Directors of AB Klaipėdos kartonas and the member of Supervisory Board of its subsidiary OAO Mena Pak in Ukraine. Currently, he is the member of the Board of Directors of UAB Šiaulių plento grupė and its controlled companies UAB Šiaulių plentas, UAB Žemaitijos keliai. 2007 m. Since Avestis procured Eko Group in 2007, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company. During privatisation, he was the Director of Economics and Finance of Klaipėda Transport Fleet and later on, the CEO of the shipping company UAB Limarko, which privatised Klaipėda Transport Fleet.

Rytis has graduated from Master's studies (MBA) of the Norway Business School (BI) and has attended the course of financial analysis and corporate finance in London Business School (LBS).

Career

He has worked in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), as well as, adviser for business development in the international corporation Bull. Rytis is the Director and Member of the Board of Directors of the UAB Prime Partners, and the member of the Board of Directors of UAB Prime Investment, UAB Avestis, UAB General Financing, UAB Šiaulių plento grupė, UAB Šiaulių plentas and UAB Žemda.
