Šiaulių plento grupė was established in 2007. Today it consists of three enterprises of road, railway, bridge and engineering network construction and repairs established in Lithuania and neighbouring countries, namely: UAB Šiaulių plentas, UAB Žemaitijos keliai, P.D.M. S.A. Suwałki (Poland). All the enterprises within Šiaulių plento grupė enjoy equal rights and independence.

Although Šiaulių plento grupė was established not long ago, the tendency of positive results is clear. The results of the group were influenced by efficient management of production processes, timely and reasonable use of investment, constructive development of the enterprises and application of cuttingedge technologies. One of the essential factors for the efficiency boosting of the enterprises within the Group is installation of a cutting-edge business management system Microsoft Dynamics AX. The system has already been operating
in UAB Šiaulių plentas, and in future all the enterprises within Šiaulių plento grupė will benefit from it.

Microsoft Dynamics AX facilitates fast and efficient work not only inside the enterprise but also when dealing with clients and partners. The system integrates all resource planning necessary for successive functioning of the enterprise: from detailed analysis of the cost price of materials to detailed management of project and supply chain stages.

The turnover of the enterprises within Šiaulių plento grupė is LTL 438 million.
