Hot asphalt concrete mixes

  • Asphalt base layer mixes: AC 32PS, AC 22PS, AC 16PS, AC 32PN, AC 22PN, AC 16PN.
  • Asphalt bottom layer mixes: AC 22AS, AC 16AS, AC 16AN, AC 11AN.
  • Asphalt base–pavement layer mix: AC 16 PD.
  • Asphalt concrete mixes for asphalt top layer: AC 16VS, AC 11VS, AC 8VS, AC 11VN, AC 8VN.
  • Crushed stone and mastic asphalt: SMA 11S, SMA 8S, SMA 5S.

 

We can produce an asphalt-concrete mix according to the composition provided by the client.

 

 

Cold Mix asphalt:

 

  • Cold mixes with Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) for wearing course,
  • Emulsion and cement stabilized Cold Mixes for road base,
  • Cold Asphalt for repair of asphalt concrete pavements.

 

 

Cationic bitumen emulsions

  • Bitumen emulsions for layer adhesion: C60BP1-S, C60B1-S, C60BF1-S, C40BF1-S.
  • Bitumen emulsions for the installation of thin asphalt layers on hydro-insulation: C67BP5-PAS-H.
  • Bitumen emulsions for “spraying and sprinkling” C60B5-PB, C67B4-PB, C60BP5-PB. C67BP4-PB.
  • Bitumen emulsion for producing mixes bound with bitumen emulsion C60B1-BEM.
  • Bitumen emulsion “Nyrec” (under the licence of the Swedish company “Nynas”) for producing cold asphalt concrete mixes and for installing thin pavements.
